Stilly’s Mac & Cheese
Do you crave a badass creamy and flavorful Mac & Cheese? Blow everyone’s mind at your next BBQ with this recipe!
What you’ll need:
24 oz Pasta Elbows or Penne
1lb Cubed Velveeta Cheese
15 oz Nacho Cheese
2 Cups Milk
1/2 Block of Cubed Cream Cheese
1 lb Mexican Blend Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1 cup Crushed Cheez-Its
1/2 cup Real Bacon Pieces
1 cup Diced Jalapenos
- In a pot, add the Velveeta, nacho cheese, milk, cream cheese, Mexican blend cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing. (We like to save some Mexican blend cheese on the side to top with, but you can do it however you like.)
- Melt down and stir frequently. (If you want the sauce thinner, add more milk.)
- While sauce is rendering, cook the pasta el dente according to the instructions on the package.
- Drain pasta when done.
- Mix in sauce.
- Pour mix into foil pan.
- Top with bacon pieces, crushed Cheez-Its and jalapenos. Add more or less if you like.
